Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16, at which point she stopped gymnastics. After only one year, she could earn her Pro Card when she was 17. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her college degree. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, considering the competition. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is the back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel gets the most out of her time. One way to achieve this is by supersetting her back exercises. Four or three supersets that have 10-12 reps are done.
